Esta foto la tire en un restaurante (very good por cierto) en uno de mis viajes a New York city.

Ok, so I have a theory about this:
POR QUE razon es que en los restaurantes que se especializan en carnes SIEMPRE pero SIEMPRE tienen alguna foto de animales, de vacas , de vaquitas con su familia , or in this case, un busto de un pedazo de un toro (looked very real!) pegado en una pared, con sus ojos negros fijados en ti, mientras devoras lo que parece como the missing part of his body? WTF?!?!
Y eso que ustedes tenian que ver el video (wide screen, sonido and everything) de las caballos cabalgando en la llanura que estaban proyectando en una de las paredes.

What kind of sh@# is THAT?!?! que falta de tacto, que falta de sentimiento, que cruel! Esta bien que sea un restaurante de carne, pero entonces eso significa que todo el que esta ahy disfruta matar a una vaca para comercela? Le pago a quien se atreva a hacerlo.

So my question is: es realmente necesario ponerme la cabeza de la vaca que me estoy comiendo right in my face?? Do I need a video telling me that what I'm eating was once alive??
